• 21+ only. ID verification may be required.
• Respect, consent, and discretion are mandatory.
• No harassment, pressure, intimidation, or unwanted attention.
• No photos, video, livestreaming, or public tagging without clear permission.
• No public explicit sexual activity or nudity in Phase 1 events.
• No prostitution, solicitation, compensation for sexual access, or anything resembling it.
• Alcohol, when present, must be handled by a licensed venue/bar.
• Guests who damage the room, the standard, or another guest’s privacy may be removed and barred from future invitations.

The guest list matters more than filling the room.
